Delete Account

BattleTabs is developed by Gangbusters Ltd (United Kingdom). If you'd like your BattleTabs account and its associated data deleted, here's how.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at contact@battletabs.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Include the details below, so we can find the right account.
3. We'll confirm by email once the deletion is complete — normally within 30 days.

Please include:

• Your in-game username
• Your Friend Code — an 8-character code like ABCD-2468, found under Add Friends
• The platform you play on — web, iOS, Android, Steam or Discord
• How you sign in — Google, Apple, Discord, or email

What happens to your data

Deleted permanently:

• Your account and login identifiers (Google, Apple, Discord or email)
• Your username, avatar and Friend Code
• Your fleet, trophies, rank, progress and cosmetics
• Your gold, gems and research points
• Your chat, clan and tournament history

Kept: the date and amount of each purchase, for accounting purposes. These records are no longer linked to a playable account.

Deletion is permanent. Your fleet, trophies, progress, cosmetics and any purchases can't be restored once your account has been deleted.
