The new community modding site is up (beta)

The new community website is up (still very much in beta but usable)! This is what I'd like to use to add any community created content into the game.

• You can submit ideas for avatar parts, there is a reference page to show you the dimensions and positioning of the images in the game

• All submissions will be reviewed by moderators (just me at the moment...)

• You can vote on submissions!

• You will need to login using your Discord ID so we can make sure you are part of this server if you want to vote or submit an idea

• Discord roles are imported for us to do more interesting things down the line.

• I'd like this to be the main website outside of Discord for us for other things in the future too. Like when we voted on new ship ideas a while ago. Having a custom web app gives us so much more flexibility, especially now this is tied to our Discord IDs and Roles from this server

It's fairly straightforward and we've got a few lovely art already by @NinjaP !
