Something's broken
The quickest way to reach us is Discord — there's a #bug-support channel and we read it.
Prefer email? hello@battletabs.com. Include your in-game username, the platform you're playing on, and what you expected to happen instead — it saves a round trip.
If you're on Steam and the game looks out of date, fully quit it (not just the window) and relaunch from Steam. Steam picks up updates on launch.
