Ability

The catamaran attacks in a 7x1 line with an 8 turn cooldown. The ship is in the shape of a 3x3 but it is missing the middle tile (donut shaped).

Unlocking

By winning 3 battles with the Rogue fleet, the player unlocks the Big & Tough fleet, which when doing so makes the Catamaran available for custom fleet usage.

Strategies

Since the Catamaran attacks so many tiles, its ability is best used with the knowledge of which line it will hit the most tiles in. It is useful for taking out straight line ships in one go. Since Catamaran is such a strong ship, opponents will target taking it out before its ability is ready for use. It is therefore recommended as a strategy to make a fake Catamaran shape by using ships positioned in such a way to look like a Catamaran.
